WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME; ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE INFRINGING UPON OR VIOLATING OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (WE WILL COME FOR YOU!!! ) OR BREACHING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

LICENSES

All files available to purchase include personal use and commercial use licenses (for small businesses only!) in the price; perfect for making gifts for friends and family or for making an unlimited amount of physical products to sell. Commercial licenses are non-transferable or refundable. Corporations or regular sized businesses may contact us if interested in using our designs for profit.

PERMITTED USES

Files are meant to be used and sold in their FINAL FORM (clothing, accessories, drinkware, etc.) as long as the products are made solely by using your own equipment, supplies/materials, and/or with your own blood, sweat, and tears.

PROHIBITED USES

Reselling files as digital products or as transfers (DTF, UVDFT, etc.)
Print on Demand (POD) or using on POD websites such as Printful, Printify, Redbubble, Zazzle, Society6, etc.
Sharing files in any way including but not limited to claiming it as your own and/or offering/ posting it for free or for profit online
Editing, modifying, or altering the file to resell or share

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in these terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose
To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
To submit false or misleading information
To collect or track the personal information of others
To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
For any obscene or immoral purpose
To transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature

ACCURACY AND PERFECTION

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's and/or other device’s display of any color will be accurate. All designs are created by tiny human hands so perfection is not 100% guaranteed!

DESIGN CREDIT

Design credit (tagging us) on social media isn’t necessary but is always greatly appreciated. (P.S. if you tag us on your products using our designs on Instagram, we could repost and shout you out!)

CHANGES TO DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICES

All descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue selling any product at any time.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. It’s your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use or access to the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pink Jade and our affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
